Date: August 12, 2007
Venue: Seal-Davao Gamesite - Bankal, Davao City
Registration: amount to be announced(the smaller the better)

Additional information:

15-man team(under-strength teams allowed)
12 teams
Round robin(11 games guaranteed)
Point system(no semi-finals/finals)
Plenty of special awards to be given
Boodle fight lunch- potluck will be pre-arranged with the teams
Each team must provide 3 marshals/players for the marshal pool.

divide by per participant nalang ang registration nato...
kung muabot ta 30members...tig 100pesos nalang ta...

ang lingaw kay 17games round robin ang dula...dili klaya sa 15members lang ang dula...

sir rick pakihatag kay jonathan ang list including payments na tig 200...refund nalang nato ang sobra kung muabot ta ug daghan or pwede pod iamot nato sa atuang foods...

6am-7am arrival and registration. Reminder to the teams that have not yet PAID- NO PAY, NO PLAY!

GAME AREA will be open to all teams for "walk through" from 6am to 7:30am. Chrono stations will also be open for preliminary chrono testing.

7AM- TOURNAMENT IS DECLARED OPEN. NATIONAL ANTHEM and OPENING PRAYER.

7-7:30, TEAM CAPTAINS FINAL BRIEFING. ALSO, GUEST MARSHALS BRIEFING WITH THE HEAD MARSHAL

7:30-8:00AM - we pick up the pace

-ALL HEAD MARSHALS and GUEST marshals to their posts.

-calling the first two teams to play to the insertion points, wear armbands and final chrono.

-calling the NEXT two teams(3 and 4) also to the insertion points

8:00am GAME STARTS!!! OPEN FIRE!

11:00AM- all FOOD for the boodle fight must be endorsed to the FOOD committe chairman.

12:NOON- Break for BOODLE FIGHT

1:00 PM- Games resume
